w3m-select-buffer-mode-hook undefined

The short version is that `w3m-select-buffer-mode-hook' seems to be
used by w3m.el, but is never defined.
You know what? Let's stick with the short version for this email, and
I'll post a second with the longer version, as it's really a second
issue.
Yes, I am working from the CVS version, and did a `cvs update',
configure, make, make install.
