emacs 23.4 and w3m

Hi.

I have an embedded device with emacs-23.4 and kernel 2.6.28, which have
those packages installed:

And It is working fine.

Should I upgrade those packages to latest?
probably

w3m-20190222.738

or superior.

Does w3m still support such an oldish version of emacs?
