Hello from Kobe, my name is Clifford Caoile. (^_^)/

I've roughly translated the FAQ available in the RC5 release. I've inlined
the translated sentences. Please contact me if there any incorrect phrases.
I am not a Japanese to English translator, but a mere programmer so I expect
a mistake or two. It took me less than 1 hour to translate.

I hope both w3m and emacs-w3m become widely used.

I also wish that the official release might contain FAQ written in
English. RC5 already includes FAQ written in Japanese, therefore, I'd
be grateful if someone could translate it.
