Thank you for your report. I fix it at CVS HEAD and
branch of 'emacs-w3m-1_3'.
But, "http://www.evolt.org/index.cfm?menu=8&cid=617&catid=17"
has a strange 'Location response-header field';
% w3m -dump_extra -o follow_redirection=0 "http://www.evolt.org/index.cfm?menu=8&cid=617&catid=17"
