shimbun-open() の 

	 (nconc (cons (file-name-directory (locate-library "shimbun"))
		      shimbun-backend-additional-path)
		load-path)))

の nconc で、shimbun-backend-additional-path が破壊されてしまうようで
す。というかそもそも (nconc ... load-path) がいらないのかな？
