I suspect Emacspeak pronounces single letters wrongly, though I
don't know how Emacspeak speaks `d' and `D'.

Those numbers may be the versions of Emacspeak. If it is
possible, we can contact Emacspeak team.
Anyway, Emacspeak seems really useful!
