default URL for w3m-goto-url

Hi there,

After using w3m for a while, I somehow found the default url for 'g'
(w3m-goto-url) annoying. I think that is because I would never want to
go to the same url which I am currently visiting.

I wonder if we can revise this behavior and come up with a better idea
or just make it optional.
