Beaut.  The "=" page info works in the usual way too which is good.
Even the page save - though that's not meant for use on non-html is it.

I see that's spawned immediately.  I suppose the alternative would be
leave it to user M-x w3m-external-view-current-url when desired (with
instruction in the cannot-display message).  Perhaps immediate is good
most of the time.
