That's good!
Some .elc files in APEL come to look different statically according
as (X)Emacs has the MULE feature or not, so I've installed two APEL
independently for XEmacs with MULE and non-MULE XEmacs.  And I've
added a test program in the emacs-w3m CVS trunk yesterday to check
whether APEL has been installed correctly in user's system.
