Hi,

I've added the new node "Emacs-w3m Functions" out of necessity.
It will be used for detailed explanation of each function.
Since we cannot write such things in the "Basic operations"
subsection :)

In addition, I will start translating the "Basic operations"
subsection into English from tomorrow.

必要に迫られて "Emacs-w3m Functions" という章を追加しました。そ
れから、"Basic operations" の項をけっこう変えてしまったので、責
任を取って英訳を始めます。たぶん時間がかかると思うので (その点で
は英文から先に書いた方が楽 :)、翻訳中でもどんどん和文の方を変え
て下さって構いません。
