I tested this today with these versions:
GNU Emacs 23.0.60.1 (i686-pc-linux-gnu) of 2008-11-25 on t40
emacs-w3m-version is 1.4.305
emacspeak version is 29.0 rev. 6089m
All of these are development versions but I've not updated in a while.
Running emacspeak-webutils-play-media-at-point on an mp3 url works just
fine here.
